The TCNJ College Republicans are happy to announce that Phyllis Schlafly, conservative activist and political pundit, will be addressing the TCNJ campus on Wednesday, May 2nd, in Forcina Hall (room 132). The event will begin at 7 PM and Mrs. Schlafly’s topic will be called, “Feminism vs. Conservatism: The Great Debate.” Her speech will be roughly 45 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
Mrs. Schlafly is perhaps known mostly for her vehement opposition tothe Equal Rights Amendment; however, she is also famous for her criticism of President Bush style conservatism and other neo-conservatives, being President of the Eagle Forum, author/editor of over 20 books, her weekly reports, her radio show, and her contributions to Fox News.
The TCNJ College Republicans sincerely hope you help and make this a great event. You can find out more about Mrs. Schlafly, as well as confirm your attendance to the lecture, by visiting the Facebook event located here:
